The £82,500,000 8 1/8 per cent.secured bonds due 2037 of the company (the "original bonds"),a first supplemental trust deed dated 24TH june 1997 and made between the company and the trustee and constituting and securing the £25,000,000 8 1/8 per cent.secured bonds due 2037 of the company (the "june 1997 bonds"),a second supplemental trust deed dated 5TH august,1997 made between the company and the trustee constituting and securing the £47,300,000 8 1/8 per cent.secured bonds (the "august 1997 bonds"),a third supplemental trust deed dated 20TH november,1997 made between the company and the trustee constituting and securing the £46,300,00 8 1/8 per cent.secured bonds due 2037 of the company (the "november 1997 bonds"),a fourth supplemental trust deed dated 20TH may,1998 made between the company and the trustee and constituting and securing the £11,500,000 8 1/8 per cent.secured bonds due 2037 of the company (the "may 1998 bonds") and a fifth supplemental trust deed dated 26TH november 1998 made beteen the company and the trustee and costituting and securing the £18,000,000 8 1/8 per cent.secured bonds due 2037 of the company (the "november 1998 bonds") and,together with the original bonds,the june 1997 bonds,the august 1997 bonds,the november 1997 bonds the may 1998 bonds and the new bonds,the "bonds") and created by haven funding PLC for securing all monies due or to become due from the company to prudential trustee company limited,as trustee for the bond holders and the couponholders (each as defined),in respect of the bonds and otherwise under the principal trust deed (as so supplemented) (including any amounts due to the trustee and any appointee under clauses 15 and/or 16(j) of the principal trust deed) and in respect of amounts payable to the other parties as set out in clauses 2(c) and 10 of the principal trust deed
