Brief description
All present and future estates or interests of fsh (group) limited (fsh) in, or over, any freehold or leasehold property and the benefit of all other contracts relating to each any such property including the right to demand and receive all monies whatever payable to or for its benefit under or arising from any such contracts; all licences, consents and authorisations (statutory or otherwise) held or acquired in connection with its business or the use of any secured asset, and all rights in connection with them; all its present and future goodwill; all the equipment; any and all certified shares, stock,debentures, bonds or other securities or investments (whether or not marketable) from time to time legally or beneficially owned by or on behalf of fsh; all the intellectual property; all its rights in respect of each insurance policy, including the proceeds of all claims.

Floating charge covers all the property or undertaking of the company.
Contains negative pledge.
Chargor acting as a bare trustee for the property.
