The company charges by way of first fixed charge the shares, together with all allotments, accerations, offers, rights, benefits and advantages whatsoever at any time accruing, offered or arising (including without limitation any dividends or other distributions declared from time to time) in respect of or incidental to the shares and all stocks, shares, rights, money or property accruing thereto or offered at any time by way of conversion, redemption, bonus, preference, option or otherwise in respect of the same.
