The payment of all monies and the discharge of all obligations and liabilities (a) due and payable (or which, but for any restriction or prohibition contained in the inter-creditor agreement, would be so due and payable) or incurred by the company to the chargee as security trustee for the beneficiaries (as defined) or any of them under or pursuant to the credit documents and/or the security documents and (b) due, owing or incurred by every other principal debtor to the beneficiaries or any of them under or pursuant to the credit documents and/or the security documents
