All monies due or to become due from the borrower to the lender on any account whatsoever under the terms of the aforementioned instrument creating or evidencing the charge
Short particulars
By way of second legal mortgage all land now owned by the borrower, by way of second fixed charge any right title or interest which the borrower has now or acquires in the future to any land the assets set out in schedule 2 of the debenture. By way of second floating charge the borrowers bank accounts and other assets not otherwise effectively charged.
