All present and future obligations and liabilities of the company to the chargee for itself and as security trustee for the finance parties (as defined) (the "security trustee") (or any of them) hereunder and under the facility agreement and/or any finance document and/or any deed of document supplemental thereto, whether actual contingent sole joint and/or several or otherwise, including without limitation, all obligations to indemnify the "security trustee" and/or any finance party, except for any obligation or liability which, if it were so included, would result in the charge contravening section 151 of the companies act 1985
