The payment and discharge to the chargees of: (I) the principal amounts of the loan notes constituted by a loan note instrument dated 3RD april 1997 created by the company constituting £750,000 in principal amount of floating rate secured "a" loan notes 2002 outstanding from time to time and the interest payable thereon; and (ii) all present and future obligations and liabilities (whether direct or contingent) of the company to the chargees under the charge
