Amount secured
Any and all pecuniary rights and claims of the chargee against the company and/or true fortune limited arising under or in connection with the facility agreement and any of the banking documents each as amended from time to time including in each case all pecuniary rights and claims thereunder in respect of principal costs,charges,fees interest and expenses incurred by the chargee in connection with the enforcement of and the preservation of it's rights and claims under or in connection with the facility agreement

By the agreement the pledgor pledged in favour of the bank as security for the secured obligations all of it's shares in t&n holdings vermogensverwaltung burscheid gmbh the company being one share in the nominal amount of dm 50,000 and thus 100% of the stated share capital of the company,all shares in the company which the pledgor may acquire in future by reason of an increase in the share capital of the company ,all shares held by any other shareholder the present shares and other shares and future shares collectively referred to as the "shares" with all ancillary rights claims & dividends.
