The aggregate of all monies and liabilities of whatsoever nature due or to become due from third millennium muncaster limited ("the recipient") to the chargee under or pursuant to the agreement dated 5TH november 1997 beteen the recipient and the chargee relating to the terms and conditions of grant (as defined in the agreement) as varied by a supplemental agreement dated 5TH november 1997 and any supplemental letter or agreement adressed to and accepted by the recipient identifying the respective amounts and/or respective terms of any sum or other liability forming part of such monies and liabilities whether dated before or after the debenture or under or pursuant to the debenture of even date herewith and from the company to the chargee under or pursuant to the debenture
