Amount secured
All obligations and liabilities due or to become due from company to the bank creditors (as defined) arising out of or in connection with any credit document (as defined); all obligations and liabilities due or to become due from the company to the chargee and the other creditors (as defined) under or arising out of or in connection with any interest rate protection (as defined) or other hedging agreement (as defined) or under the guarantee and any and all sums advanced by the collateral agent in order to preserve the secured property and/or its security interest herein and all amounts paid by any indemnitee to which such indemnitee has the right to reimbursement under clause 5.3 of the deed
