Amount secured
All monies due or to become due from the company to the chargee on any account whatsoever provided that the total amount recoverable in relation thereto under this mortgage debenture shall not exceed an amount equal to the aggregate amount of inter-company borrowings received by the company from any company or companies in the group (as defined in the credit agreement) from time to time and which remains outstanding at the date of demand on the company together with any accrued interest on such inter-company borrowings and other sums or costs outstanding from the company to any such group company
