Pursuant to a debenture dated 25 july 2018 made between rofin-sinar UK limited ("the mortgagor") (1) and oberbank ag ("the bank") (company registration number fn 79063W) (2) ("the mortgage debenture") the mortgagor charges to the bank with full title guarantee:. A) by way of a first legal mortgage, all estates or interests in the property;. B) by way of a second legal mortgage, all estates or interests in any freehold, leasehold or commonhold property acquired by the chargor after the date of this deed;. C) by way of a first fixed charge the relevant patents;. D) by way of a second fixed charge the patents that are acquired by the chargor after the date of this deed;.
