Constituting and securing the £60,750,000 7 per cent secured bonds due 2032 of the company (the "original bonds" and together with any further bonds the bonds") and created by the company for securing all monies due or to become due from the company to the trustee as trustee for the holders and the couponholders (each as defined) in respect of the bonds and otherwise under the trust deed (including any amounts due to the trustee and any appointee under clauses 15 and/or 16(j) of the trust deed) and in respect of amounts payable to the other parties as set out in clauses 2(c) and 10 of the trust deed
