"The secured liabilities" which means all present and future obligations and liabilities of each obligor (as defined) to the finance parties (other than the guarantee bank) (or any of them) under each of the senior finance documents (as defined) and "the tranche e secured liabilities" which means all present and future obligations and liabilities of each obligor (as defined) to the finance parties (or any of them) in relation to the tranche e facility under each or any of the senior finance documents (as defined) the supplemental debenture contains covenants for further assurance and a negative pledge.
