All plant and machinery owned by the chargor and its respective interest in any plant or machinery in its possession; all benefits in respect of the insurances and all claims and returns of premiums in respect of them and all of the chargors book and other debts of a similar nature and the proceeds of the same by way of a first floating charge all stock in trade and any other assets not otherwise or effectively mortgaged or charged by way of fixed mortgage or charge by clause 2 of the debenture.
