All monies due or to become due from the debtors to the junior creditor, the senior creditor or an intra-group lender under the terms of the aforementioned instrument creating or evidencing the charge
Short particulars
Each debtor will hold on trust for and promptly pay and distribute to the senior creditor for application towards the senior debts until the senior debt is irrevocably paid in full: any payment or distribution in cash on account of any intra-group debt, any payment or distribution in cash on account of the purchase of any of the intra-group debt, any proceeds of realisation in cash in respect of the intra-group debt, any of the intra-group debt which is discharged by set-off combination of accounts or otherwise, see image for full details.
