The amount secured by the deed of charge being all present and future obligations and liabilities (whether actual or contingent) of the company to repay the charging sub-borrowers all sums treated as lent to the company by the charging sub-borrowers upon the crediting of any sum to the rental receipts account which constitutes a recovery amount
