All monies due or to become due from the company to the chargee under or in respect of all and any sale and assignments as defined in, and entered into by the company and fleet pursuant to, a without recourse purchase of receivables agreement dated 14TH june 2001.

All the title rights and interest in respect of all the equipment, all proceeds of sale or other disposition of the equipment, and all insurance monies receivable in respect of damage to or the destruction or loss of any of the equipment (as specified in a schedule (as defined in the master charge)).
