An agreement dated 19TH april 1999 between the company and martin dawes telecommunications limited relating to dealer agreement for the connexions scheme by way of charge all the agreement details and the benefit of the same and all the premises comprised therein and the company's estate and interest in every conveyance, transfer or lease which may be granted to the company pursuant to the agreement. By way of assignment all moneys due or owing or from time to time becoming due or owing to the company under or by virtue of the agreement.
