Brief description
By a number of leases (the "leases") details of which are set out in the schedule hereto, the property described in each of the leases was demised to the lessee named in each of the leases (the "lessees"), upon the terms and conditions contained in each of the leases; the assignor has accepted certain banking facilities from the bank subject to the conditions contained in a facility letter dated 3 april 2017 (the "facility letter"). In accordance with the facility letter the assignor has agreed to assign to the bank the rents reserved under the lease ("the rents") in the amounts and on the days specified in the schedule hereto. The assignor hereby assigns unto the bank all and every one of the rents to hold the same unto the benefit of the bank absolutely.. The schedule. The rent of £9,600 per annum or as otherwise amended under the terms of the lease dated 8 november 2005 and made between irisum limited (1) and londer grey (2) in respect of 7B high street, princes risborough, buckinhamshire HP27 0AE.. The rent of £700 per month or as otherwise amended under the terms of the tenancy agreement dated 2 march 2017 and made between silver estates limited (1) and castleoak care partnerships limited (2) in respect of 7C high street, princes risborough, HP27 0AE.. The rent of £680 per month or as otherwise amended under the terms of the lease dated 7 december 2016 and made between silver estates limited (1) and peter timothy harding (2) in respect of 7D hight street, princes risborough, HP27 0AE.
