The company has entered into a supplemental debenture (dated 31 march 2022) in favour of abn amro bank N.V. and deutsche bank ag, amsterdam branch pursuant to an amendment and restatement agreement (dated 31 march 2022) in relation to an original facility agreement (dated 20 march 2019). the supplemental debenture is supplemental to an original debenture (dated 1 october 2019). the company wishes to confirm the existing security created pursuant to the original debenture and grant security over the charged assets (as defined in the supplemental debenture) in respect of its obligations to the lenders as amended by the amendment and restatement agreement.
