Brief description
The borrower charges and agrees to charge all of its present and future right, title and interest in and to the following assets which are at any time owned by it, or in which it from time to time has an interest:-. 1) by way of first legal mortgage:. A) the leasehold property known as 94 broadmead and 44-58 union street, bristol registered at the land registry under title number AV130136;. B) the leasehold property known as 96-98 broadmead, bristol registered at the land registry under title number AV135008;. C) the freehold property known as 3 percy way, st john’s business park, huntingdon, cambridgeshire PE29 6SZ registered at the land registry under title number CB320163;. D) the freehold property known as 61-63 high street, godalming registered at the land registry under title number SY298445; and. E) the freehold property known as ground floor, 65 high street, godalming registered at the land registry under title number SY265508.. 2) by way of first fixed charge:. A) all land (as defined in section 205(1) of the law of property act 1925 (excluding heritable property situated in scotland)) (other than the property known as 141 to 143 station road and 54 oldfield road, hampton TW12 2AL registered at the land registry under title numbers TGL42613 and TGL85479 and the property known as 126 stonehouse street, clapham SW4 6AL registered at the land registry under title numbers LN243786 and SGL360967) acquired by any borrower after the date of the debenture; and. B) all the rights the borrower has from time to time in respect of any patents, trade marks, service marks, designs, business names, copyrights, database rights, design rights, domain names, moral rights, inventions, confidential information, know-how and other intellectual property rights and interests (whether registered or unregistered) and the benefit of all applications for and rights to use such assets.
