The sub-hire agreements and the full benefit and advantage thereof. All monies now or hereafter payable under the sub-hire agreements, the benefits of all guarantees, indemnities and other securities taken by the company in connection with the sub-hire agreement, the benefit of all insurances effected in respect of the goods pursuant to the terms of the sub-hire agreement.
