By way of first fixed charge all right title and interest of the company (name) in and to such monies payable or to become payable, all right title and interest of the dollar trustees (as defined therein) in and to such monies received by the company (name), and in and to the deposits together with interest from time to time accruing, and all assets expressed to be charged under the provisions of the deed.
