The due and punctual performance and observance of the chargors actual or contingent counter-indemnity obligations in respect of the letter of credit number SA1/0017 (as defined therein) which may from time to time arise as a matter of law and the chargors actual or contingent obligations which may from time to time arise under clause 3.1 of the agreement (the "obligations")

By way of a first fixed charge all of its right title and interest in and to all sums from time to time standing to the credit of or earned upon or in relation to the account in the name of the chargor with the chargee with account number 01000425 (and any redesignation thereof) including without limitation the sum of £1,687,275 including all entitlements to interest and other rights and benefits accruing to or arising in connection therewith.
