Amount secured
All present and future obligations and liabilities whether actual or contingent and whether owed jointly or severally or in any other capacity whatsoever of each obligor to any finance party under each finance document except for any obligation which if it were so included would result in the security agreement contravening section 151 of the companies act 1985. the term "finance document" includes all amendments and supplements including supplements providing for further advances (the "secured liabilities")
Short particulars
The chargor hereby gives security to the agent as a continuing security for payment of the secured liabilities, and to the intent that the agent shall have a security interest extending to all the chargors rights title and interest in and to the collateral.
