Brief description
All the assets, property and undertaking for the time being subject to the security interests created by this debenture (and reference to the charged property includes reference to any part of it). A reference in this debenture to a charge or mortgage or any freehold, leasehold or common hold property includes:. (A) all the buildings and fixtures (including trade and tenants fixtures) which are at any time situated on that property;. (B) the proceeds of sale of any part of that property;. (C) the benefit of any covenants for title given or entered into by any predecessor in title of the borrower in respect of that property or any monies paid or payable in respect of those covenants.
Contains floating charge.
Floating charge covers all the property or undertaking of the company.
Contains negative pledge.
