All monies due or to become due from the company to the chargee under the terms of the aforementioned instrument creating or evidencing the charge
Short particulars
All interest from time to time standing in an interest bearing account opened in the name of the chargee with a bank or other institution of the chargee's choosing or such other amount or fund on the money market as the chargee from time to time may agree in its absolute discretion in accordance with the provisions of the deed wherein is held the deposit balance (as defined in the deed).
