All monies and liabilities whether certain or contingent which now are or at any time hereafter may be due owing or incurred by the borrower to the lender under the loan agreements dated 8 may 2000 and 30 may 2001 respectively whether alone or jointly with any other person and in wharever style or name and whether as principal or surety together with any legal and other costs charges and expenses incurred by the lender in relation to this debenture
