The aggregate of all moneys and all other liabilities for the time being due or owing by the company to (I) the master purchaser security trustee or the issuer security trustee , (ii) to the funding credit manager or the standby funding credit manager, (iii) to the r t credit manager and the standby r t credit manager ,(iv) to the seller (v) to the issuer or to any other holder of a master purchase note for the time being ,(vi) to the note purchaser and the conduit administrator,(vii) to the facility provider ; (viii) to the stamp duty indemnity provider; and (ix) to each subordinated loan provider
