Brief description
Pursuant to a security agreement dated 28 october 2019 made between citystyle living limited ("the chargor") (1) and warrington borough council ("the lender") (of 5TH floor, new town house, the quattro, buttermarket street, warrington, WA1 1BN) (2) ("the security agreement") the chargor charges by way of first fixed charge, all of its rights, title and interest from time to time in and to each of the following assets:. (A) the property;. (B) all plant and machinery;. (C) all blocked accounts;. (D) patents, trade marks, service marks, designs, business and trade names, copyrights, design rights, moral rights, inventions, confidential information, know-how and other intellectual property rights and interests to which it is entitled, whether registered or unregistered, the benefit of all applications and its rights to use such assets;. (E) the benefit of any authorisation, consent, approval, resolution, licence exemption, filing, notarisation or registration held in connection with its use of any asset subject to a fixed charge under this deed; and. (F) goodwill and rights and claims in relation to its uncalled share capital;. And all related rights in respect of each of the above.
