Brief description
As a continuing security for the payment and discharge of the secured liabilities, the borrower with full title guarantee assigns to the lender absolutely, subject to a proviso for reassignment on irrevocable discharge in full of the secured liabilities the benefit of the relevant agreement being the contract between (1) the borrower and (2) kingdom of saudi arabia, ministry of interior as evidenced by an invoice issued to the kingdom of saudi arabia, ministry of interior, special security force for a value of £50,927 (invoice number 2344 dated 12 february 2018) and an invoice issued to the kingdom of saudi arabia, presidency of state security for a value of £28,706 (invoice number 2390 dated 15 june 2018) and an invoice issued to the kingdom of saudi arabia, presidency of state security for a value of £43,059 (invoice number 2391 dated 15 june 2018).
