Brief description
As a continuing security for the payment and discharge of the secured liabilities, the borrower with full title guarantee assigns to the lender absolutely, subject to a proviso for reassignment on irrevocable discharge in full of the secured liabilities the benefit of the relevant agreement being the contract between (1) the borrower and (2) the kingdom of saudi arabia, ministry of interior, public security department for a value of £177,984 (invoice number 2183 dated 03 may 2017) and the kingdom of saudi arabia, ministry of interior, special security force for a value of £61,224 (invoice number 2080 dated 27 january 2017).
