All monies due or to become due from peterlee shopping centre limited (the borrower) to the senior finance parties (or any of them) on any account whatsoever under the terms of the aforementioned instrument creating or evidencing the charge
Short particulars
If before the expiry of the senior subordination period any junior party receives any payment being the proceeds of any claim made against any insurance company or broker or any professional advisor in connection with the purchase price of the property, such junior party will pay the proceeds of such claim to the senior agent.
