By the deed it is agreed that if (I) the junior creditor receives or recovers a payment or distribution in cash or kind in respect of or on account of any of the junior liabilities which is not a permitted distribution (ii)the junior creditor receives or recovers the proceeds of any enforcement of any security conferred or evidenced by any of the junior security documents otherwise than in the order permitted by the deed.
