Brief description
As a continuing security for the payment and discharge of the secured liabilities, each security obligor with full title guarantee charges to the trustee by way of legal mortgage each property specified in schedule 3 and with full title guarantee charges to the trustee by way of fixed charge, all properties acquired by that security obligor in the future, all present and future interests of the security obligor not effectively mortgaged or charged in or over freehold and leasehold property; and all of its intellectual property.

Floating charge covers all the property or undertaking of the company.
Contains negative pledge.
