Short particulars
By way of a first legal mortgage all the property referred to in the schedule of the security agreement, together with all buildings and fixtures thereon. By way of first fixed charge all fixed plant and machinery and its interest in any fixed plant or machinery, all benefits in respect of the insurances and all claims and returns of premiums in respect thereof. The benefit of all present and future licences, consents and authorisations (statutory or otherwise) held in connection with its business so far as it relates to the security assets, and by way of a floating charge all its undertaking and assets whatsoever and wheresoever present and future.
