Short particulars
The deed varies the debenture by insterting the following definition: "cross guarantee" means any guarantee and/or indemnity given by the chargor to the chargee that any group company of the chargor (within the meaning of section 736 of the companies act 1985) will pay monies due under or observe and perform any obligations contained in any lease or agreement between the chargee or any group company of the chargee or any group company of the chargee and the said group company whether made before or after the date of the debenture..
