Short particulars
By way of a first fixed charge and assignment by way of security the whole of the chargors undertaking property assets and rights title and interest (whether now owned or hereafter acquired) in and to television programmes entitled "blood strangers" (the "programme") and in and to all versions of any scripts in relation to the programme and other stories, outlines, treatments and scripts based thereon whether now or in the future prepared together with the benefit of all agreements and other documents all physical materials relating thereto all sums standing to the credit of the chargor in anyaccounts relating to the programmes and/or the business of the chargor and the debts thereby represented and the proceeds of all or any of the foregoing.
