Amount secured
All sums due or to become due from the company to the fireman's fund insurance company and international film guarantors, L.P. (collectively "the guarantor") pursuant to producer's completion agreement ("producers agreement") which the company and the film council have entered into with the guarantor dated as of 21 march 2001 and which shall include all documentation ancillary thereto including but not limited to the so-called takeover agreement, so-called power of attorney, so-called production bank account takeover letter and any other documents referred to in the producer's agreement and any amendments, supplements, modifications, extensions, renewals and replacements thereto
Short particulars
Assign (to the extent of its interest) to the guarantor (and in so far as necessary by way of present assignment of future copyright pursuant to section 91 of the copyright designs and patents act 1988 as the same may be amended or replaced from time to time) all of it's right, title and interest in and to the following in relation to a film provisionally entitled "gosford park" ("the picture") throughout the world and whether now owned or hereafter acquired.
