All of its right title and interest in and to the film entitled "the gathering" and all rights of any kind therein and in the screenplay and any other underlying rights on which the film is based and the benefit of all assignments grants licences and agreements with any third party entered into in connection with the film and the benefit of all undertakings warranties representations and the like in connection with the film and in and to any physical materials of any kind produced in connection with the film by way of first fixed legal charge its entire right title and interest in and to the production bank accounts for the film at barclays bank PLC london in the name of samuelson films 2001 limited account number 60885916 natwest offshore limited trading as isle of man bank in the name of samuelson films 2001 limited account number 57149658 and barclays bank PLC isle of man in the name of samuelson films 2001 (iom) limited account number 60070106 by way of floating charge all the undertaking of the chargor including but not limited to all rights assets property stock-in-trade and cash in the bank.
