All its present and future right title and interest in to and under the agreements listed in schedule 1 of the assignment deed (the "sales contracts") (as at 19 september 2001 no such agreements were listed) as such schedule 1 may be amended to include additional sales contracts by agreement in writing between the assignor and the lender from time to time including its present and future book and other debts (and their proceeds) and all other receivables and moneys that are or at any time become due and owing to it in each case pursuant to the sales contracts and all other amounts due and owing for any reason whatsoever in respect of the sales contracts.
