By way of first fixed charge the whole and every part of its right, title and interest in and to the security assignment, dedicated account, the right to demand the same, the debts, any proceeds, all causes of action. By way of first ranking absolute assignment all minimum revenue entitlement, guarantees, substitute bank guarantees, letters of credit, deposits or other security and all moneys due..
