1. fixed charge. The company with full title guarantee, as continuing security for the payment of all secured liabilities (as defined in the charge document), charges in favour of the bank (as security trustee for the group members):. 1.1 by way of fixed charge by way of legal mortgage, all rights, title, estate and other interests of the company in the properties at:. (Iii) all that freehold land known as 53 wingate road luton LU4 8PP - BD66404. (Iv) all that freehold land known as land and buildings on the north side of wingate road, luton - BD222461. (V) all that freehold land known as land lying to the . north of wingate road, luton- BD200187. Together “the charged property”.. And including. . 1.2 by way of fixed charge:. (A) all benefits, claims and returns of premiums in respect of any insurance; and.
