All monies and liabilities whatsoever which from time to time become due, owing or payable by the company (1) to the order of the trustee and/or any receiver under the deed of charge, the trust deed or the conditions at the times and in the manner provided therein; (2) under or in respect of the notes (3) to ambac under the premium letter or the insurance indemnity agreement; and (4) to the trustee under the transaction documents. All monies and liabilities whatsoever which from time to time become due, owing or payable by the issuer to each of the other secured creditors in accordance respectively with each of the other documents (all terms as defined)
