Brief description
By way of first fixed charge:. All properties (as defined in the debenture) owned on the date of the debenture by the company and all properties acquired by the company in the future;. All buildings fixtures and fittings (including trade fixtures and fittings) and fixed plant and machinery from time to time on or in the properties;. The benefit of all other agreements relating to land which the company is or may become party to or otherwise entitled;. All present and future rights, licences, guarantees, rents, deposits, contracts, covenants and warranties relating to the properties;. All present and future interests of the company not effectively charged under the preceding provisions of clause 3 of the debenture in or over freehold or leasehold property; and. All rights in any intellectual property.
