The company assigns to the society the exclusive rights to receive all rents in respect of the property subject to reimbursement of any insurance premium or service charge paid or incurred by the company as contemplated in the deed of assignment and subject to the rights of redemption on repayment of the indebtedness as defined in the commercial mortgage.
