Brief description
The chargor charges by way of first legal mortgage all of its right, title and interest from time to time in and to each of the charged property (as defined in the charge instrument) being the whole of the chargor's right, title and interest in:. (A) the freehold property described in part 1 of the schedule to the charge instrument, including 7 glebelands, buckfastleigh, TQ11 0BH, registered at the land registry with title number DN457910; and. (B) the leasehold property described in part ii of the schedule to the charge instrument,. Together with all estates and interests in the charged property (other than tenants' fixtures and fittings), all buildings trade and other fixtures fixed plant and machinery from time to time on any such property, any monies paid or payable in respect of any such property, any proceeds of sale or other realisation thereof and any rights relating to such property, including, without limitation, any rights under agreements relating to the charged property and the benefit of any covenants for title given by a previous owner and shall include each and every or any part or parts thereof.
