In addition to any right of set-off or lien or any similar right to which esf and/or the lenders may be entitled in lenders may at any time and without notice to the group member combine and consolidate all or any of the accounts between esf and ot the lenders and any group member and/or set off any monies whatsoever and whether on current account and whether in sterling or in any other currency which esf and/or the lenders may at any time hold for the account of any group member against any liabilities of that group member whatsoever whether in sterling or in other currency which may be due or accruing due from the group member to esf and/or the lenders and whether such liabilities are or may be joint or several or primary or contingent..
