Clause 8(a) of the accession deed to the debenture creates a charge by way of legal mortgage over all of the property belonging to the company, including the property set out in part I of schedule 1 to the accession deed as follows: freehold land being land on the north-west of saville road, castleford (title number WYK469006)..
